I think tattoos are most impressive with formal wear or anything marginally sharp.  That’s probably my biggest motivation for wanting a sleeve or other ink—to wear them underneath a button down with the cuffs slightly rolled up.  A tasteful blend of the sacred and secular. Speaking of which, it’s totally time to watch Eastern Promises again.
